Built in 1910, the Empire Building was originally a theater. Today it shines again in downtown Syracuse. It has been revitalized into 51 superior one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The century old building offers spacious open layouts, combined with modern day conveniences; blending charm, luxury, and relaxation into every unit. Located in Our Empire Apartments Building, the Empire Barber Shop & Pub will offer the Syracuse area great haircuts, shaves, beard styling and a true atmosphere from days gone by… Blended with the opportunity to sit relax and enjoy a delicious light snack such as a personal pizza, hot pretzel and more, while sipping on adult beverage such as a draft beer, or signature cocktail. And of course we welcome juniors who can also get a cut, enjoy something to eat and a tasty soda if they choose. 650+ credit score and income requirements apply.

I lived at the Empire Building for a little over a year (before moving to the suburbs) and absolutely loved it! Beautiful, clean, quiet building. Great location, walking distance to everything downtown. I always felt very safe in the building, and when parking in the fully fenced/gated attached parking lot (which only tenants have access to). The management team were always wonderful- friendly, professional and addressed any concern that I had immediately. The apartment itself was beautiful. Before choosing the Empire Building, I toured several other (similarly and higher priced) apartment buildings in the city and none could compare to the Empire Building. Even down to the little details like the under the cabinet kitchen and bathroom lighting, huge windows, video doorbell/intercom system (so you can see your guests outside the building before buzzing them in), secure attached parking lot, etc. I received my full security deposit back (within a day or 2) when I moved out. It was the perfect place for my dog and I when we lived downtown! And if I ever decided to live downtown again, I would happily move back to this building! Highly recommend!!!
