I have always had an amazing experience with the maintenance man, Brad. He is always on time and always goes above and beyond for me. He is very kind and patient and always has a solution to any problem i might be having with maintenance issue. He is the best!

I really enjoyed my time living at Ancora Apartments! My hands down favorite thing about Ancora was the Park literally next door! This park is pretty giant, and provides a great place to relax, go running, play sports, or walk the trails. And it is a 10-30 second walk from the apartments :) best benefit Ive ever had at any apartment- having a park as your back yard! Also nice is having an elementary school (with free cardboard newspaper recycling in the parking lot) nearby, proximity to Riverdale Rd where there are lots of stores, and a fire station and community center at the nearby park. If you work at America First, Hill AFB, or Ogden Airport, then it is very close to work as well! It was nice having a storage room, i used it a lot! One thing to note is that they had an incoming but not an outgoing mailbox when i was there (or at least i didnt know about it). Wasnt a big deal cause i dont send letters much. I found the manager here to be very understanding and hard working. She was very prompt when we contacted her about anything. Although I noticed a negative review about her on here, my personal experience was contrary - she was very willing to work with me in any situation (including replacing appliances when they needed replacement), and as you get to know her she is very kind. She is very professional. And I think as long as people are good tenants they shouldnt have problems. Bottom line - This place had very good value for the price, and having the park nearby is the best thing ever.
