I was blown away by the amenities and the upscale nature of this building which sits at the mouth of Ogden canyon! All units are equipped with washer and dryer, there is a nightly trash pick up service right outside your door, a pet grooming station, shopping on site and tons more. Highly recommend especially since they are brand new!

The owner/builder pushes his own extreme political agenda at every opportunity and claims he didn’t use any government money, despite the Ogden City taxpayers paying for this facilities access to 12th street and upgrades to sewer and water. Do yourself a favor and avoid getting a long-winded lecture on “free enterprise” politics just when looking for a place to live.
