I currently live here and I’ve lived here for almost a year. The apartments are decently nice and the utilities are included which is great! The problems are it’s right next to train tracks and a bar. Even this Cedar Rapids has quite hours you’ll always get city workers doing work outside past 10. And somehow they expect 50 tenants to park in 15 parking spots and the parking situation is a continuing reactance, you either get an email or a text at least once a week about SCKOGMAN complaining that they don’t have enough parking spots when they have 50+ spots and way less employees. The parking situation will be the reason I move out of the apartments.
