The kitchen has granite counter-tops and freshly painted cabinets. Equipped with in-the-wall heating and air-conditioning. Onsite shared laundry for convenience. Onsite gated parking available. The property owner pays for water and trash - tenant pays for sewer, gas and electricity. Month-to-month rental agreements available so you can stay as long as you like. Pets (2 max) welcome with an extra $25 monthly pet fee and $200 deposit each.
