In renovating this building, great detail was made to honor the beauty of the Mark Twain’s house by choosing to restore the exterior cedar shingles, intricate wood trim, and stunning circular porches. The original exterior colors of the property were also brought back, and the property is once again a worthy neighbor and a landmark in the West End. Inside the building you will find unique modern one bedrooms that each have their own character. The layouts offer a separate living room space, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything inside the building is brand new: electrical, plumbing, flooring, kitchens, bath, high-efficient natural gas heating, walls, doors, windows, hardware, fire alarm, and the list goes on.
