I have really enjoyed staying at The Howard the past year. The apartments are very comfortable and clean. The building is quiet and the neighbors are generally friendly. The cost is good for what you get.

Great location for CVTC students and UWEC students! Very clean and prompt service if any issues arrive. Management staff has been great to work with. Fun game room to go if friends come over. A nice laundry room but expensive. The only issue is you can hear your neighbors through the walls pretty easily. I would get a corner unit if possible.
