Town Branch Apartments has been a fantastic fit for me. It's always clean and the staff is always there to help. One of the staff members, Mark, walked me through everything I needed know and made moving in a stress free experience.
Fair share of growing pains, but a great team.
The location here is top notch. A 10 minute walk from downtown, right up against Razorback Greenway, and just up the road from 8th Street Market. Walkability is super high, and the roads are quite safe for biking.
Of course, being brand new, the units are super clean and modern. No major bug issues, no big mold problems, electricity was clean (I've had new houses in the area that had bad electricity), all good stuff. Despite the construction on the other buildings nearby, the noise is pretty low, though you can hear some shuffling from your neighbors from time to time. Crime was not a problem here, and there are quite a few cameras around, and ample outdoor lighting, so I felt pretty safe in the area.
The complex does have some shortcomings I wish were a bit better. The internet company that provides service caps the internet at 100 mbps, which is super low for downtown (surrounding properties get gigabit), and the outside door locks are pretty inconsistent. Sometimes the doors are locked all day, sometimes they're unlocked all night. This does lead to some packages (ahem, fedex) getting bounced or left outside, but many tenants will drop off packages at the appropriate doors, which is nice. Besides that, though, there really weren't many major complaints with my time there.
The real gem of this place, however, is definitely the team. Extremely helpful and friendly, and committed to taking care of their tenants. I left my lease early (employment changes taking me out of Bentonville), and they were extremely helpful in explaining the process and moving things along quickly. When my building had some issues that required me to move out earlier than expected, they made sure I had a place to stay and the money to support my needs during that time, offered to move all my stuff, and even waived my fees and rent. They went above and beyond, and I'm very thankful for their support.
It's not often you encounter property managers that don't treat you as just an income source. But the team here really makes an effort to treat each tenant right, and they succeed in that quite well. If you're looking for your next home in Bentonville, this is the place. Thanks to the team for making my final home in NWA the best it could be.
