I always read these reviews and am always scared of people that had just one bad experience give some places 0 stars. I believe we will have bad experiences everywhere and it doesn't mean that the place is bad. I think what matters the most is how the management responds to any situation. I moved in to The Flats of Troy in August, 2023, I had an issue that my shower was making a noise, I contacted Michelle from the office and there was a person here in 2 days to fix it, I complained about a dog barking non stop as I work from home, Michelle promptly talked to the neighbor and it never happened again. She is absolutely INCREDIBLE! No, I am not her friend to compliment her like this, I just think that we always take our time to complain about something but never to compliment, so here it is. The location is excellent, only 4 minutes from Downtown Troy, 8min from Walmart, it is very quiet, close to a church, parking is always good, my neighbors always park in the same park spots, it is nice. They just did the garden this last week. I live in a 1bed apartment, it is simple but decent and perfect for one person or a couple. I really like living here and having a efficient management makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE! I have to move to another city and it has been a pain to even communicate with them. So, I recommend The Flats of Troy for EVERYONE.

The property has always been kept up well, and the residents seem to help keep it that way. I rented a studio and still currently rent a storage unit. I had great maintenence and office communication. Always prompt with returning messages. I highly recommend them for there community with in the Troy community.
