My wife and I have recently moved into Twin Terrace apartments and our experience thus far has been better than expected. Celeste, the property manager, is absolutely incredible! Cody, the maintenance supervisor, is great as well. As far as the apartments go, they are in good condition with normal wear and tear. For being so close to campus, it is a very fair price on rent when compared to other rates in the area. I will update the review as we go along but I have been very impressed so far with the professionalism and attentiveness of the management here at Twin Terrace.

Best management I have had in all my renting experience. The management is local and on site. Big bedrooms, small kitchen. They respond to emergencies in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone.
