I lived in London’s Lofts from 2020-2023 and loved my experience. Despite being right downtown, the building is very quiet. You don’t see neighbors often, although you can hear some of the comings and goings, everyone in the building was great about the quiet hours. The experience with management the first year or so was a bit frustrating, I had my bike stolen and it took a week to hear back from management about it, to be told that at that point they couldn’t access camera footage from that far back. I also had consistent issues with my AC unit consistently breaking down every 3/4 months. HOWEVER management changed over and the current landlord Savannah is fantastic. She got someone in to actually fix the AC unit issue and was always on top of any maintenance issues. I had zero problems after this change as she was always quick to work with you if something came up. I moved out a couple weeks early, and she was able to prorate my last month so I paid less. The building is very aesthetic, quiet, and private, and the location was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

I lived in the lofts for three years and absolutely loved my experience. The lofts are aesthetically pleasing, the building is very quiet and there is great light. Requesting maintenance was an easy process with prompt response times. So thankful! The client portal to make maintenance requests and payments is easy to use also. The property manager, Savanah, is responsive, thoughtful and kind. She has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure I had everything I needed. London’s Lofts is a special place!
