This has been one of the most professional experiences I have ever had regarding the transition to becoming a resident here. I was one of the first to take advantage of the opportunity to move to HOHM before it had opened. Ms. Ronnie Pierce answered my every question and patiently walked me through the leasing process. Everything is brand new including the lounge and fitness room, the parking garage and courtyard, with a small area to take your pets. I have had no issues since moving in save for the occasional help needed from the friendly maintenance team. Definitely do your research outside in the neighborhood because it can be dirty and loud at times, and maybe not a good idea to walk around past a certain time of night. But the facilities themselves are top notch and I have felt very secure inside the building itself. Everyone from the cleaning staff to maintenance to the leasing office have been friendly, and treated me with kindness and respect. Take advantage of the deals and brand new apartment rooms while they are available, I highly recommend HOHM to anyone wanting to move to the Highlandtown area.
