We are currently residents, and most of our experiences have been very positive! Pros: Clair, Donna & the maintenance guys. Claire has been incredibly helpful in resolving problems with noisy neighbors, information needs, etc. 5 stars for Claire. The maintenance guys are great. Nice, professional, and very courteous. The layout is fabulous. I love the apartment. Overall very nice. The grounds are beautiful - let me repeat that the grounds are beautiful. Love the pool and fitness center. The dog park is great, but it does have a flooding issue (to be fair - it is south Florida!). However, it is really fun when it's dry. Cons: After another year of living here, I have had far more positive experiences with the front office, so I've removed the old issue and bumped my stars up to 5. They've really done a great job responding to our concerns, and I 100% recommend living here. My only caveat is that if there is a maintenance request that has to be outsourced, Mr. OneSource will not respect your schedule and just sends his team out whenever he decides is most convent for him, then blames you when you confront him. If you do schedule something with him, get it in writing because he will not remember and thinks he does. His team was great and courteous, just not good scheduling management from the owner (again this is a 3rd party used for repairs that the maintenance team outsources; the actual Sophia maintenance staff is great). Overall, I would 100% recommend living here since management (Especially Donna) does care and is good to work with you. If you find you are not getting somewhere with the front office, just work to get to Donna, and she is great, really cares about the community.

Was shopping apartments and the property was absolutely stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed how well kept the pool and amenities were. Among the several properties I had stopped by to visit, this one takes the cake. The staff were extremely friendly and Jordan did a phenomenal job explaining to me everything that was offered and was more than happy to show me around. Extremely professional office and maintenance staff, with warm smiles, and friendly residents. I can’t wait to finish up my other visits and potentially move in to this property. I would recommend stopping by to anyone in the area looking to have a phenomenal experience.
