My experience with the maintenance was awesome, specifically Mario! He is a hard worker and made sure everything was better than it was when he started. He works with excellence & diligence. I recommend Mario if you need anything done inside your apartment, he will do what he can to get the job done!

Friendly neighborhood, maintenance done quickly and the guys are sweet and make sure everything is done immediately. Pretty area to walk dogs with beach access to intercostal water. My dog has best friends all over the neighborhood. lol. The staff are great and really sweet people. Nice community to live, easy shopping, all ages. Apartments are better quality than comparable pricing. Very comfortable living with good friends.
