Brookview commons is a good apartment, very close to downtown Danbury. Property Management & Maintenance staff are really helpful. Apartments do not have balcony/patio and the visitor parking spots are very limited but overall very good apartment.

Great place to live, very close to campus. I have felt very secure living here, the staff is very nice and very convenient to have a 24 hour call box.
