I had a friend that lived there very upscale for Brookfield, Connecticut and right near everything. You might just go buy it and not even notice it. The condos are beautiful and they were built very well. They have underground parking garage that a lot of people don't know about. I've seen a few layouts from friends that have been in there. I would live there if I wasn't a homeowner.
