Although not upscale apartment living, they are excellent for the price. Management is friendly and maintenance is prompt and friendly. Management works hard to make sure parking is available for ALL residents instead of a few and their friends. They work hard at keeping the grounds clean (it would be nice if more residents would be responsible pet owners and pick up after their pets it's really not that difficult). Couldn't ask for a better location close to banks, shopping, bus stops, schools, and entertainment. If anyone has a problem living here, it's because they choose not to be good neighbors or follow rules.
