I’ve been a tenant since April, 2023. My unit was stripped down to the subflooring and ready to move into in three weeks. Everything new, bath, kitchen. Stainless appliances. New mini-split a/c units. Big bedroom. A large laundry room, great for storage and pantry. Nice, quiet, well maintained property. Beautiful neighborhood. Less than 2 miles to town. Close to I75. Awesome maintenance man! I’m looking forward to living here a long time. It’s worth looking into.
