The owner treats u like family. The complex is clean, all the residents are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is bug free. This is home.

While living at the mayfair I was very impressed with many aspects of the complex. The facility has been completely renovated and is brand new on the inside. I have never experienced a better management as they are very personable and are available at all hours. All utilities are included in the rent except for cable television (Verizon FiOS only). Each apartment comes furnished including pots & pans, utensils, couch, table, chairs, and bed side table. Each unit also has central air conditioning, stove top, and microwave included. There is a lot of food options in the area and great places to go out to grab drinks with your friends, there is even a pub in the basement (which you cannot hear the noise from). Be aware that there are other bars in the area which can be heard from within the units at times. I lived here for 1 year while attending Western University to which I could walk to everyday. I also never had any trouble with crime or run-ins with anything sketchy. If you have a car you can buy a permit from the city hall for $10 a month and park in the lot just 200 yards from the building.
