Very unprofessional leasing/management team. Called several times to schedule a tour and only an AI chat bot answered the phone. Was finally able to make a morning tour appointment via the website (apparently their leasing office is only open 9 - 11 am??). After receiving the tour confirmation email and reminders, we arrived to the tour early, but no leasing agent showed up at all. No call or text to tell me they’re running late. So we waited for 5 mins past the appointment time and left. Good thing I’m not giving this incompetent management company my money.
