I would like to give an excellent review of Mr. Jermaine in the maintenance department. Mr. Jermaine was exceptional with customer service, professionalism and was eager to get the job done. I submitted six maintenance requests and he completed all of those requests expeditiously with focus, dedication, and a willingness to meet my expectations. I am very pleased with the level of work and commitment that Mr. Jermaine exemplified. He went above and beyond. Many thanks to Avery Park for sending workers who have high work ethics and standards to meet the tenant's needs.
