I loved living here. I had a modestly priced 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. It became to be too much space since me and my husband don't have kids. It's a great location, nearby both my jobs, with convenient access to the freeway. Hardly any traffic at all. Plenty of parking. I kept it very clean and had no problems with waterbugs or any bugs if any kind. It's a great neighborhood if you have kids, very family oriented, very safe community. The manager Sal is very hard-working, efficient, and no nonsense. He is very accommodating and an overall nice guy. If you have a problem, whatever it may be, he will do his best to fix it. He always fixed things ASAP. He can also be very firm yet fair when he needs to be. Any complaints I might've had, had to do with my neighbors, which he couldn't control. Landscaping was always done very nicely, and he kept up the property very well. He improved the area tremendously, the alley area was always filled with weird random people and trash. That no longer is a problem, he took it upon himself to fix up the property behind as if it was his own, just to benefit Stacy Park Manor. If they had one bedrooms, I'd still live there.
