Ever since management changed in Sep/Oct of 2023, it has been amazing! The new people running the complex have been very helpful and understanding and warm. But the best part of living here is the maintenance man. He’s so polite, good at what he does, and a breath of fresh air when it comes to people coming into your space to fix stuff! The natural light and wooden looking floors are or favorite. And the garages are definitely a plus. You’re very close to a Kroger and some parks too. Great for couples or families!

I cannot say better things about The Ravines at Taylor. Tayler the community manager has made my cross country move so seamless. We were able to do everything electronically and she helped me coordinate even amid all of the management changes, the staff have been responsive and accommodating. The unit is beautiful & they work diligently to ensure the grounds are maintained. I look forward to my time here at The Ravines at Taylor.
