This is a great place to live. The staff creates fun events that help you get to know your neighbors by name (and their dogs too!), so you’re not just passing them in the hall. Just attended a super fun murder-mystery cocktail party put on by staff member Jessie and had a blast. I came away having met more of my neighbors in one evening than I ever would in an anonymous apartment building. I highly recommend Alta Oxbow if you are looking for the best of apartment and home living with its fantastic, shared amenities and new, modern living spaces.

The team at Alta Oxbow and Davenny during our tour were extremely enthusiastic and resourceful from beginning to end which was a complete game changer having been on several appointments home hunting — we sensed the immediate difference in their community and level of professionalism. We’re so excited to call this new community our home.

Long review but worth the read. I have lived at Alta Oxbow for about 6 months now and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I love so many things about it that I just had to make a list. My 1 bed 1 bath unit: The units are nearly brand new (we are the first tenants in our unit😊) and are well equipped with modern appliances and features. The appliances are all Samsung and are amazing to use! The cabinets are modern and the kitchen island has so much storage below. There is so much cabinet space that we can’t even fill them all! I love the large windows that provide so much light and the balcony provides a nice quiet outdoor space large enough for chairs and decor. For being a 1B1B, it has so much space and is the perfect size for my fiancé and I. Amenities: I use the gym nearly everyday and love it! It provides the basics for a great workout (including peloton for free!). The pool was open in the summer and the space was so clean and fun! The summer was a blast!! There was music playing on speakers and on a few occasions Mike from the office staff came outside to say hi and give everyone popsicles. Added touches like this make Alta Oxbow so amazing. There have also been events at least monthly that have been so fun with drinks and food. It’s been a good way for my fiancé and I to meet people. Complex: The complex is maintained very well. The maintenance team is incredible. When I have submitted a request I had a knock on my door usually the same day (shoutout Boston- he’s awesome!!) Huge props to the whole staff for keeping the complex clean and also having standards. I appreciate the standard and expectation that is required of residents to keep the community clean. Staff: Shane and Mike were PIVOTAL to our move in. We came from a very very unkept apartment complex and coming here was a dream. Mike and Shane were so honest, kind, and helpful as we were looking for apartments and we just knew that this was the place for us. 10/10 recommend Alta Oxbow. Thank you for giving us a place that actually feels like home.
