My husband and I were one of the very first tenants, and have lived at AACA for going on 9 years! We love living here! Recently our dishwasher went on the blink. The staff couldn’t have been more responsive. Nicole scheduled a time that was convenient for us (we both work from home) for the repair. Erik was fantastic in troubleshooting the problem. Ultimately we needed a new dishwasher and Chonte was great about getting the purchase approved. Nicole once again stepped in to schedule the installation and Erik was top-notch in getting the old dishwasher out and the new one professionally installed. We feel very appreciative of the great service from everyone at AACA, and for being able to call our apartment home.

I absolutely love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live downtown Ann Arbor. It is a slightly higher price point, but for good reason. The combination of location, view, amenities, style, parking, & living space are the best you can find. It’s a quiet & friendly community, mostly 24-38 yr old professionals. For questions or maintenance requests, I’ve always received a quick response (within ~24) hours. Nicole is the best!
