Piedmont Lofts is a great place to live. Heather has been more than accommodating to me as a new tenant. This building is safe, despite their being a shelter in close proximity to the building. I have never had any issues with the homeless men or women. I've never had my car broken into since living here. With any place, we all have to take pride in where we live. As soon as an issue arises, Heather immediately sends out a notice to residents. No complex is perfect, but this place is by far one of the best places I've rented in the past 5 years.

My apartment is absolutely gorgeous. High ceilings, so much natural light, and luxurious kitchens and bathrooms. So much historic character from the exposed brick to the wood floors. Love being 2 minutes from downtown Monroe and easy access to the bypass.
