If you’re looking for a nice place to live with peace of mind that your concerns will be taken seriously, this is the place to stay. We’ve been here for over a year now and will be renewing soon, it’s been a lovely experience so far. Would defiantly recommend, the apartment is modern, clean, and spacious. The leasing staff are kind, accommodating, and willing to work with you whenever needed. The location is perfect as well.

We had a wonderful experience at Arka Heights. As it is a new apartment complex, we had no issues; appliances worked fine, the property was kept clean. Neighbors were nice, everyone kept to themselves. There wasn’t any loitering in the parking lot and I always felt safe. Facilities were also maintained clean and in working order. Chloe, the office manager, did a great job of handling and resolving our few concerns. We also received our full deposit back within a week. 10/10
