I just moved in to the landmark a couple of months ago and it has been nothing short of my expectations. I have visited New Braunfels for years now and always have wanted to live at the Lamdmark. The location and views are incredible. The access to parks and the river as well as all the bars, restaurants, and boutiques being a view blocks a way. To top it all off the staff, the amenities, and the maintenance are incredible. They are so quick to respond to any issues or needs. This is one of the first complexes I’ve lived at that has truly felt like home! Even all the residents are so friendly and nice. I am so happy with my decision to live here!

This place is the only reason I sold and rented! It really is all about the lifestyle. My views are staggering and I love walking downtown - bars, restaurants, even friends houses are just steps away. The address makes it great but the staff makes it home. I can spend all day on property and be satisfied - walking my dog, chatting with neighbors, or relaxing on the terrace. Don't hesitate to join us, you'll be glad you did!
