Just horrible, owner Joel Davis, and his workers steal, stealing money-orders from tenants who paid rent, pest problem, trespassers hangin out, unfinished buildings, unfinished construction, the owner is barely ever there if u need him. An assistant of his went to court with a tenant because she stole money orders, go to find out it's not just this tenant but other tenants.
