Our large onsite bilingual library offers books free of charge and Internet access. There are lots of shopping and many cultural events nearby. As a result of the cooperative management system, our members plan and organize a large variety of activities and events for the enjoyment of all. There is no purchase price and no yearly association fee; a one time membership fee of $100 and monthly rent based on 30% of your income is all you pay. Our apartments are affordable to anyone who qualifies. The members of Rio Vista invite you to come and visit their home and let you see why this is the right place for you.
