I rarely write any reviews, especially about management companies, landlords, etc. I felt compelled to write this review due to the awesome experience I had here. I was always greeted by both Nicole and Alex with a positive, upbeat, attitude. In the past, when I walked into a leasing office with an issue, it was generally almost always a negative experience. Not here; really feel like both Nicole and Alex hit the mark with how they managed through some pretty tough situations with vendors, snow removal, contractors, yard maintenance, etc. It is important to keep into context what their job is, and what is in their scope of control. There were some minor nuances that felt excessive such as their patio policy, rent emails, etc., but none of these policies are set by the leasing office, they just have a responsibility to follow the management companies requirements. That being said, they always handled my concerns with care, and did not dismiss my frustrations when an issue arose. Also, want to give a shout-out to the maintenance crew. These guys are awesome, friendly, and responsive. Keep up the awesome service, as at the end of the day, service is what people will remember... Marcus

Setup for move-in and the actual move in process was frictionless! Their office staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to process any documents necessary for new residents. As someone who’s moved 20+ times, this one was by far the smoothest!
