Our 4th floor apartment at Lake Terrace is spacious, beautiful, and filled with light. I looked at lots of places, and this was the clear winner. The staff is marvelous—big shoutout to Misty and Tito—and the location, a short walk to Lake Michigan and downtown Kenosha, can’t be beat. Our Lake Terrace neighbors are friendly and kind and many are, like us, dog people. We so appreciate a place that also welcomes our dog. The building is quiet, nicely decorated, and well-kept, and even the non-lake views are great. If I could, I’d give a whole sky full of stars to Lake Terrace and its staff.

Lake Terrace is a great place to live. The quality of construction is impressive. Security is top-notch. Sound-proofing between apartments is excellent. The public areas are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The location is ideal. Any issue is quickly resolved. Management truly cares about the satisfaction of their tenants. I am very happy that I chose to live here.
