Lincoln Apartments is centrally located only one half mile from Young Circle Park and 2.5 miles to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Furthermore, convenient shopping, award-winning schools, local museums and parks are all close at hand. Our standard resident income qualifications is three times (3x) the monthly rent. All Residents undergo a nationwide criminal and credit screening included in the $55.00 application fee.
