A great and quiet place to live. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments come equipped with all new appliances and central AC. The staff is the best I have ever encountered, with any maintenance issues handled same day, attentive and caring door people and an outstanding property manager who is always reachable. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to escape the hectic nature of downtown Santa Monica and be steps away from the beach.
