I’ve never seen a complete turnaround with Polo Commons. I signed my lease in 2022 and immediately regretted it. Since the new improvement of the office staff they are so welcoming and friendly. I alway acknowledge how heartfelt they are when I walk in to pick up packages. I’m always greeted with a smile. I was contemplating on not renewing my lease. They are the reason I’m staying.
