We have treadmills, elipticals, cycles, a nice cable machine, lots of dumb bells, and or newest edition the smith machine with over 400 LBS to squat and bench. Plus we have a pool to relax at on those hot summer days. The kids can enjoy their own clubhouse, their own little pool, playground and basketball court too. We pay most utilities to, Water, Trash, Gas. All of our units come with Gas stove, Gas heating, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans in the dining area, and storage in the carport area. We also have dedicated EV charging and Pickleball and basketball courts. For more info feel free to give us a call at 714-537-8500 to make an appointment to come view your new home today.
