The apartment complex is located two blocks behind Silver Lake Grocery Store and a few blocks away from Silver Lake Park. There are bike trails, bus lines, stores, groceries within a few minute walk. This apartment is an unfurnished second level studio apartment. There is plenty of street parking available free of charge or get parking behind the buildings for $20/spot. There are new coin operated laundry machines on the bottom floor in each building. Resident is responsible for electricity from RPU. We pay for the gas, heating, water, sewer, garbage. If you want TV service, Internet, or landline telephone service, you have the option of Spectrum, CenturyLink, and soon MetroNET. We offer internet to those who want it. There is no application fee and you can fill out an application at our website www silverlakerochester com Qualifications: 1. Income needs to be 3x that of rent. 2. No Felonies
