After living with Franklin Communities for 2 years in their Eli Whitney building, my fiance and I were looking for a little more space than our 1 bedroom had. We had no hesitations when looking for a new apartment to see what Franklin Communities had to offer before looking elsewhere. Management staff was so friendly and helpful and they made the transfer from our old apartment to our new one at Chestnut Hill South a breeze! The communities are well kept/maintained and if you need anything the maintenance staff comes very quickly to fix it. Very little to no complaints about our residency with them over the last two years at Eli Whitney and we are looking forward to continue working with Franklin Communities in the future!

I have had a great experience living here. Maintenance office is prompt and responds to Anything I call into. Tenants are fairly quiet, working people and the grounds are well taken care of. The leasing office organizes frequent gatherings to build community and I think that is really nice. Only negative thing is they don’t allow pets!
