Biggest mistake to sign a 12 month lease here. Management did not perform any walk-thru with me and told me that it is my responsibility to document any and every issue or I will be billed for repairs. Almost 4 months into my lease and I am still constantly finding more and more issues with my unit. Maintenance requests are put to the side and management is non-responsive when you follow up. I have had a report of a cracked front door for over a month that needs to be replaced and is causing a severe draft in my unit and will not stay shut unless you actually deadbolt it. The heating units are literally in the ceiling and have it radiating down, through the ceiling. For $1400 a month, I could've been in something MUCH nicer and ultimately had to settle. Ive kept most of my stuff packed, so I can be out ASAP when the lease ends.
