Rental Terms: 12 months lease Tenant pays for all utilities Max occupancy 2 per bedroom Rental insurance is required Pets are welcome with pet deposit, pet rent, and weight/breed restrictions Criteria for Approval: The total income of all applicants must be at least 3 times the rent. Criminal History. We consider how long ago the crime occurred, the circumstances, and evidence of rehabilitation. Each property owner will decide based on the online criminal history check results. Rental History or home ownership must be verifiable. No previous evictions, notices to comply, broken leases, money owed to former landlords, and less than three late payments within the most recent 12 months. A credit score of 650 or higher will require only a security deposit. A credit score between 600 and 649 will require the security deposit and last month's rent.
