Very poor service. When we would call al we would get was a voice mail and vary rarely a return message. My mother passed away and we called to give notice and no one would return my sons calls. He even went down there during office hours but no one was ever available. I had to leave before the first to take my mother’s ashes to New York for burial, I needed my son to stay at my home an 1 1/2 hours away to take care of the house and animals. We made sure the rent was paid before the first and since we didn’t know how much the rent would be we had to figure it out. There lease was up on the 14th and my son was a full time student and there rules are that full time students are not allowed to rent there by themselves. We wrote on the check to please contact us if there was a difference in price since no one would return our calls. The Apartment cashes our check, I left for New York with my mother’s ashes and my son stayed with my animals. We thought everything was ok. My son did not have a vehicle so when we arrange to go get his things on the 12th there is a note dated that day saying we owe more money. No phone calls, nothing. I get a phone call from my son telling me this while I’m still dealing with issues in Ny. I Call first thing in the morning and guess what no answer at the apartment. This is there way of trying to ruin people’s credit and keep their deposit!!!’ Now I am even more stressed out trying to figure out how I can come up with more money for them when it took all I had just to bring my 87 year old mother home to bury! Do not rent from these people!!

As a Business Owner is Real Estate, I was very dismayed on how Dale the Manager treats his tenants. Mold in the apartments, maintenance requests being ignored. Dale is not knowledgeable with Oklahoma Tenant & Landlord Laws and is not compliant when tenants bring issues up. Dale answer your phone for your people! Do better. And if you are looking to rent here… please look at other options.
