After living here almost 6 years, I can honestly say this has been my best rental experience ever. The property staff is kind, and welcoming. They communicate consistently via email and text meszage to notify of any inspections or changes (pool openings/closings, laundry room updates, parking lot changes, unexpected maintenance, etc). The property is picked up daily. Personal maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Payments and maintenance requests can be submiited conveniently via the app. Cindy has been very empathetic and understanding when I've notified her of mistakes I've made. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this place.

Cove Lake is a really nice place to call home. The apartments are larger relative to other apartments of the same configuration in town at most places. Everything is in good condition and well-maintained. The maintenance staff is very responsive whenever there’s something that you need. And the management, particularly Cindy, the Property Manager, is outstanding, and always attentive to any concerns or needs that you have. I highly recommend Cove Lake Village to anyone looking for a new apartment.
