We have lived at Gateway for one year and have just re-signed our lease. Absolutely no complaints. Everyone from the doormen to the maintenance staff to management has been fantastic. The few maintenance issues we have encountered have always been handled quickly and efficiently. Doormen are always friendly and helpful. Recently made a request to the management and it was handled quickly by Luke. We have lived in several other rental buildings in NYC and you cannot beat the location, amenities, and living environment of Gateway.

After seeing an apartment listing online we made an appointment with leasing agent Natallia Bryleuskaya to view the building and several apartments in person. We could have not been in better hands and were so happy to have such a professional, honest and kind person show us around. Natallia was able to answer any questions, understood exactly what we were looking for in an apartment and patiently helped us through the application process. Although we looked at several places in the area it became clear that Gateway would be the best choice and living here for over a month now we don’t regret moving into the building. I love being greeted by the friendly doormen and running into Natallia Bryleuskaya every now and then! Make sure to have her show you Gateway- you won’t be disappointed!
