The current management team that runs housing the development truly does care about it’s customers compared to the last operational staff that seemed to just be there to collect a paycheck and sit on their butts all day not listening to the customers at all it truly shows that staff here now cares enough to listen to the customers and help us when the time comes especially when it comes to payments or overall concerns in the neighborhood I’m grateful to have them in the area and help run the neighborhood how it should be with pure ease and grace

Victory Place is a wonderful complex! It is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers fantastic amenities that made it feel like home right away. Aside from the high speed bumps, the community has a warm and inviting atmosphere. What really sets this complex apart is how genuinely friendly and welcoming the amazing staff are! They treat you like family and went above and beyond to make the entire leasing process stress-free, which is a huge relief being in the military with unpredictable schedules. Finding a place that understands the challenges of a PCS is invaluable, and this complex delivers. Their attention to detail and customer service are truly unmatched. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here!
