We absolutely love living here! Brandy and Geneva in the front office are always friendly and truly passionate about getting to know the residents. They always have refreshments available in the office and even have treats for our dog! Robert is both kind and efficient, two qualities that are beyond wonderful for maintenance staff. The entire property is always clean and it’s so nice being across the street from the park. Our individual apartment unit is always quiet. We will not be moving anytime soon!

My wife and I were one of the first residents that move here to Brownstone and we have absolutely loved it! We have everything within walking distance from grocery stores, dry cleaner, coffee shop, also a hair salon for my wife to walk to when she wants to. Brownstone is a very pet friendly community if you love your dog like we do our Alexis, you will enjoy the park which is right outs your front door. We moved from out of state and the whole process was definitely easy. We haven't had any issue besides the normal stuff in a brand new apartment but every time we’ve had an issue it was taken care of swiftly by Vince. Regarding the office staff, Crystal the manager is very nice and we enjoy our conversations at resident events. But Let me tell about about my girl Geneva she is our go to for everything since we moved in over a year ago. She is so sweet and a caring person and always goes above and beyond for us. she will take care of all your needs when your looking for a new place to call home.
