I’ve lived here for two years, and without a doubt, this apartment complex is the best place I’ve ever called home. The apartments are brand new, maintenance is always on top of work orders, and the management and office staff are exceptional. They’re not only friendly and helpful but also genuinely great people. I want to give a special shoutout to Heather, one of the office managers, who I absolutely adore. She’s always welcoming, quick to respond, and incredibly efficient—she gets things done, and I love her for it! While I’ll be relocating next year, I highly recommend the Revere at Sherrills Ford to anyone looking to move near Mooresville or Denver, NC. It’s an incredible place with fantastic amenities. One thing that really stands out is the level of cleanliness—whether it's first thing in the morning or later in the day, you’ll see maintenance cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash. Management even comes to your door every month to replace your air filters. The attention to detail here is next level. If I didn’t need to move closer to Charlotte for work, I’d absolutely stay at Revere until I was ready to buy a home because living here has truly been a wonderful experience. : To Corporate, if you see this message please consider constructing a Revere Charlotte location, I would love that!

Office staff has been amazing since first moving to the property. Excellent location right beside Lake Norman. Very quiet property that is very well maintained. Maintenance is always quick to respond and handle any issues that arise.
