For your convenience we have supplied a full size in unit washer and dryer, as well as a gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has elevated counter tops and great counter space. The bedrooms are a big but the closets are a great size for storage, you also get a personal storage room right outside your front door. Call and ask about our New Year Special. This expires 1/31/2025 act fast for best selection.
Townhouse Style2 bed2.5 bath1,077 sqft$1,340 /moOur Premium Townhouses have a private entrance and patio. You will have two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, in a bi-level floor plan. The first floor is your living space. Living room, Dining room, 1/2 bath, and Kitchen. The kitchen is large with great counter space, and cabinets. We have also provided a full size Washer and Dryer for you that is standard in all of our apartments. As well as the gas fireplace in the living room. The second floor is the personal space with the two large bedrooms and two full baths. This style does not offer wheelchair access due to the bi-level floor plan. Also, storage in this unit is very limited. We do have another style that does offer better storage if you were looking for that in your new home.
