Be sure to read a lease first. This place is TERRIBLE. They charge a $250 repaint fee. this is a SCAM and the only apartment that I've ever rented that had that mandatory in a lease.I can see paying for paint repairs if it is damaged. However, I don't smoke or do anything that would have damaged the paint. By the time I saw it in the lease it was too late as I had my belongings there and was starting work the next day. Also maintenance requests are rarely fixed. I waited more than 6 months for an item to be repaired and I moved out before it was fixed. It could have easily damaged their building, but they ignored it. The air conditioning only cools the living room where the unit is mounted. Forget being able to use the bedroom. Even with a fan directing air into the bedroom the cooling was ineffective. When I moved in, I was told that most residents put their bed in the living room. If I'd wanted this I could have rented a studio. The only reason place this rates as a 1 star is that I cant go any lower, but it is a quiet area. Even the neighborhood kids were quiet and respectful.
