Mrs. Leslie and Mrs. JoAnne is amazing. I always wanted to move to the Farringtons because they were in the cut and just beautiful and heard so many great things about the apartment complex. Now I am moving there it’s like a dream come true being my first apartment so excited!!! The staff there are so polite and makes you feel welcomed and they email back fast and they answer the phone fast. I met the maintenance guy I forgot his name but he is as sweet as he can be telling me about the units and if I needed anything to let him know. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere as well. I would recommend people to come move here!! If you want a forever home. Updated: I am still in love with the Farrington Homes to the point I decided to transfer from a one bedroom to a townhome. The townhomes are just as beautiful as the one bedrooms and very spacious. Seeing that the townhomes were going fast and I needed one after my lease ends Mrs. JoAnne told me that they had one available for when my lease ends. She took all my stress away because I did not want to leave the Farrington’s they keep you updated on everything. The grounds are kept clean. It is quiet in the apartment complex. The Staff are all nice and willing to help you whenever you need it they are just a phone call away. They are truly like a family and a blessing in the skys. When I stated last time this is My Forever home I meant that with all my heart.

I have enjoyed living at The Farrington. It's a tucked-away apartment complex, and in a way it feels like it's its own little town. My apartment was well-cleaned before I moved in. I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I have seen a bug inside since I've lived here (I don’t do bugs at all so this is nice). Maintenance acts very quickly when I put in a service request. Best of all, my dogs are welcome and loved here. Neighbors are friendly. Managers are fantastic. My only real complaint (if I should call it that, even) is that the website led me to believe I would have a private balcony instead of a shared one. Overall though I’m a satisfied resident.
