We have rented our home and homes for our teams members with Butternut Ridge for almost a year. The grounds and apartments are clean and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is friendly and inclusive to all including the little furbabies that are part of the family. They host events and gatherings to create a community atmosphere and are quick to solve any issues that may come up. Jessica was instrumental in helping our move across country and we are grateful for all the help she provided making our move seamless! Thank you Butternut staff!

My son recently rented an apartment on a short term lease for his summer internship in Cleveland. Living at Butternut Ridge was a wonderful experience for him! The office staff was Fantastic! Incredibly responsive and helpful with coordination of move-in and very helpful with sharing resources in the area since he was coming from out of state. The two times he had small maintenance issues, they had someone there almost immediately. The Apartment was very clean upon move-in and the complex is in a safe and convenient area. Would not hesitate to rent from Butternut Ridge again!!
After retirement I knew it was time to downsize. I went to the Internet and discovered /butternut Ridge. I liked what I saw and arrainged a tour.
This place is beautiful. Professional landscapers are here every week maintaining the grounds. Butternut Ridge has a wonderful outdoor swimming pool along with cabanas that you can reserve and grills for your meals. A doggy park is a new addition. We tenants also have access to an excercize facility at no charge to us.
The Maintenance Department is great. Usually, they respond within 24 hours to any problem that you might have. Sometimes, they contact you the same day.
The worst thing I can say about Butternut Ridge is that occasionally a car alarm goes off!
The facility is super quiet and I feel safe – and so does my cat. (The facility allows each tenant to have two cats or two dogs as long as you police your dog while walking it – leash required.)

From the beginning, to the end, DOMYNEQUE made this a seamless process. I never knew that renting via the online process could be so hassle-free.
The community is absolutely beautiful. The buildings and landscaping are well maintained, the units are modern, updated, and very functional,
the location is within 5 minutes of a nice shopping mall, several restaurants, retailers, and grocers, and 10 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
The neighbors are the absolute BEST! They are a very warm and welcoming community, of young professionals and retirees.
If you seek a beautiful and safe property with a ton of amenities, and great people, Butternut Ridge is the perfect choice.
PS. JESSICA is ALSO amazing! I had an emergency situation with my keys over the weekend, and Jessica coordinated with maintenance to have my issue resolved within 30 minutes! Just another pleasantly amazing experience with the team at Butternut Ridge.

The best decision was made, when I decided to live in butternut-ridge apartments. The location, the friendly atmosphere, the distinguished amenities, the great residents service and maintenance are extremely elite.
I recommend it to every interested individual and I rate it excellent with five stars.

My fiancé and I had to move unexpectedly and needed a large apartment while we look for our forever home. Jessica from the management office made what would typically be a very stressful time in our lives so easy and smooth, and helped us find a massive, 1,500 sq ft lofted apartment with big, gorgeous windows. Rob and the maintenance team are friendly, communicative, thorough, and FAST. They’ve addressed everything that’s popped up and always stick to a tight timeline. After living in NYC for years, I was expecting the worst when it came to maintenance/management, but we are so appreciative of everyone’s support so far and feel like we’re really taken care of! Fall has been stunning at Butternut, the trails around the complex are beautiful and great for walking the dog. The apartment is also very quiet, I barely hear a thing. Really happy we landed here. ❤️

I have lived at Butternut Ridge for a little over two years. The apartments are updated, clean, and budget friendly. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been friendly and quick to respond with any issues or questions I may have had. The amenities provided really set this complex apart from other apartments. For example, having an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a beautiful pool area and 24 hour gym access. You genuinely feel a sense of community at this complex! I could not have picked a better place to live!

I waited about half a year of living here to write a review. This was my first time moving out on my own and moving to a different state. I had many fears going into living at an apartment complex. I arrived in the middle of winter. With just a few TVs, a bed, and my boyfriend and Is computers. This was our first place to create a home in. The first week being here our neighbors must of been having a dispute. I had a bit of anxiety moving in but the office reassured me that they would make my stay as comfortable as possible. Any type of maintenance I needed, was completed quickly. I am in a year lease with the complex and I'm glad I chose to. The office employees have the best customer service. The maintenance are super friendly and helpful. Now, I know that people can rate low because of neighbors or the cost of living here. My experience here has been wonderful besides some disturbance of my neighbors. This place has a mixture of people coming through and different personalities. Though the few people I have came across here who have stayed here for a while are the kindest people I have met. So you make that decision. I give them a 5/5 for their service, the effort they put into maintaining things, and the quick turn around time on any questions or concerns you have. Remember this is an apartment complex. If you also ask me, this area is convenient as well. Everything is located within this perimeter. The mall is a minute away, walmart or target is close, and there is quite a few good restaurants close by. The Burntwood Tavern is in walking distance from the complex. It's a great place for drinks or maybe enjoying lunch or dinner. Again, it's all up to you but wanted to post everything about my experience already.
